Product Review | Perfectly Posh In The Clear Face Mask

Hello everyone, I hope your week is going well!

I’m always on the lookout for a good, cruelty free, masks that don’t contain too many random chemicals or other unknown products [apparently this is a difficult find]. That’s when I discovered this Perfectly Posh Face Mask. My coworker has been mentioning to me about Perfectly Posh, how they have many vegan options, are super natural, no animal testing, and all around great products, but it just kept slipping my mind. She then gave me this sample product, and all I can say is damn am I hooked. Let’s get into it…

Some Amazing:

Deep cleaning & detoxifying. This product really feels like it’s digging deep into your pores and leaves your face feeling extremely clean. With this summer heat, I’ve really felt like my pores were just absorbing all the dirt, sweat, and grit of the air. I felt like even my daily cleansing strategy wasn’t enough. This product has really been a game changer. My face really feels rejuvenated from this summer beating. (Would also be a great addition to a hangover rejuvenation routine)

It smells amazing. A nice mixture of peppermint and white tea is really a nice change from the smells of seaweed and clay of face masks past.

Leaves skin soft. Even though it is a deep-cleaning mask vs. a moisturizing mask, I still felt like it definitely made my face softer. Most deep-cleaning masks leave your skin a bit dried out after it takes all of the harmful toxins from your pores, but this mask is quite the opposite. Instead, my face is rejuvenated, soft, and toxin free!

A little goes a long way. Now if you’ve been with me awhile, you’ll know that this is one of the biggest qualities on my list; being too lazy to go to the store to purchase products coupled with being a girl on a budget. This sample packet is only .15 oz and I can tell after using it once that I’ll be able to get at least one to two more uses out of it.

The price. Usually for most products I try, the price is a negative. But these face masks, turns out, are really that bad in terms of price. It’s under $20/ 2oz, which given that you can get about 2 uses out of a small sample pack, I’d say that’s pretty good.

All natural ingredients. One thing I’ve definitely noticed about Perfectly Posh is that they use all natural ingredients. They even have a master list on their website of all ingredients used in their products that goes into detail where each ingredient comes from and why it is used.

It only takes 1-5 minutes. This is perfect for the busy person-on-the-go as myself. I rarely feel like I have the 20min to myself to get in a good face mask, so this product is perfect! After even just 1 minute, I felt the product working it’s magic and knew I’d be ok to wash it right off.

Downsides

It only takes 1-5 minutes. Yes, I see your double take; I did just write that very same thing in the positives. However, I do know that there are times where you’d like to just leave a mask on while you take your half hour bath and this is 100% not that type of product.

It’s a bit intense. Now again, this is only a downside for some users. I love that it’s intense because then I don’t have to really keep up with it super often, and I know it’s doing a really damn good job. But some people like a less intensive product so that they can freshen up more often. This product is more like a treatment, though, so it’s best not to use super often.

Overview

I really do love this product and I’m glad I was able to try it out. I’m already placing an order for the full size! Like mentioned before, I do suggest it only be used at most twice a week since it’s intensive, but if you are looking for a new face mask, do give this one a try.

What have been some of your favorite/ least favorite face masks? Please let me know in the comments below!

Have a great week!
