Product Review | It Cosmetics Vitality Cheek Flush

I hope everyone’s weekend went well! I have some exciting things on the horizon and I can’t wait to share with you. But for now, here’s a product review. Let’s get into this.

I never really wore blush before, but I figured it was worth a try. I knew it would help break up my bronzer and highlighter and give me a “softer” look, but I never really knew where to try. I’ve used it Cosmetics products before, and fell in love, so I figured it was a brand to trust and a good place to start.

Some Amazing Things

Β It is very pigmented. I love the shade (not sure if it is captured well in picture), and the color transfers to skin almost exactly.

Downsides

It’s very porous. I’m not sure if that’s the correct terminology, however, when I apply this, it looks like I have a rash versus a nice rosy tint to my cheeks. It blends out ok, but by the time I blend it out to make it look like a normal blush, it’s pretty much all gone. That pretty color is only dulled once you get it to the right coverage.

It’s pretty expensive. I usually am not willing to drop over $20 on a new product, especially one that’s only .14 oz, but I thought it would be a great choice being by it Cosmetics.

I can’t really comment on the anti-aging quality, but I feel like it’s an unnecessary feature in a blush, to be quite honest.

I know this was a very short review, but I did not really care for this product. Definitely not worth the price. I thought about not including this product, however, I wanted to share products that I’m not impressed with, not just products I’m in love with. I’m disappointed to say the least with it Cosmetics, especially since I’ve been extremely impressed with their foundation. Do you have any cruelty free brands of blush you recommend? Please leave them in the comments below.
